Return Policy

At Le Private Chef, we prioritise the safety and quality of the food we deliver. Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we are unable to accept returns.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have any concerns about your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately at 0433 809 980 or email us at enquiries@leprivatechef.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will be happy to investigate the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include offering a credit in exceptional circumstances.

Here are some instances where we may be able to offer a partial or complete credit:

  • Incorrect Order: you received an order that is different from what you placed and is stated on your invoice (wrong items, dietary restrictions not met).

  • Missing Items: the order that you received is missing items as stated on your invoice.

  • Damaged Order: the order that you received arrives damaged or spoiled upon delivery due to mishandling during transport or improper storage at our facility.

Here are some instances where we may not be able to offer a replacement or store credit:

  • Orders that are not collected within a reasonable timeframe after the designated delivery window.

  • Damage to the food caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Orders cancelled less than a week before the scheduled delivery time.
